Laser Force Training

Nick and I pioneered a new training format today - and broadened our leadership development pathway.

Today we did Laser Force - "together & focussed … like a laser!"


a laser ...produces a nearly parallel, and coherent beam of light
….emits a thin, intense beam of light that can travel long distances without diffusing

Just want to say thanks & to honour you both for what was a great day of leadership training.

Although I had been to others and also completed some of the exercises/material, God never fails to speak through you guys & I personally still came away with many gems, thought provoking ideas & challenges.

I would rate the day as an outstanding success. The way you skilfully resource the church is fantastic.
