We met with our ministry-level people today. Laser Force leadership training - MkII.It was again a real privilege today... wow!!!
One of my favourite bits was the discussion and reflection on "missional, attractional and organic" - and on a more tender note, watching Glenys miss Merv as we yahooed over lunch about cricket and the like.
And, oh - there was the Just a Walk Across the Room segment with week 1 small group video - there is just something about stories of life change/transformation/fresh start that just moves me to tears.
